As a company, Lettings was originally not on the agenda, however it quickly became clear that there was an urgent need for a residential letting agent in the area who genuinely cared about the landlords, tenants, and properties in their portfolio and so Tor Lettings was born! In 2010, having been approached by numerous landlords asking for help, Mel began a mission to raise the standards of lettings in the local area. She feels it is imperative to place the right tenants in the right property. Having personal experience of being a Landlord and living away from her property, Mel treats each property as though it were her own.
